Shipping policy

Free delivery on orders over £60 to the UK mainland. 

If your order value is below £60, then delivery will be charged at £5.95 (including VAT)

All deliveries below this value will be subject to an additional charge. In some cases, an additional geographic surcharge may still be applied to an order, even where the subtotal of the order is equal or greater than £60.00. Please see our charge table below for the zones affected.

Large Appliances & Special Orders: When shipping heavy catering equipment, large appliances, bulk orders and some specialist items, we normally dispatch them using pallets and a suitably equipped freight provider to ensure they reach you without damage. Depending on the items you order, our Customer Service Team may contact you to organise a two-man delivery and/or re-quote for a specialist service, particularly in areas with geographic surcharges.
